QUALITY CONTROL AND QUALITY ASSURANCE PROCEDURES / OPERATIONAL CAPABILITY SOCIETAL THREAT

It is a common knowledge that the crime rate in the country is increasing at a geometric progression. Housebreaking, theft, armed robbery and hired assassinations are well known menace perpetrated by criminals within our societies. Victims’ properties are usually looted at will and lives are seriously endangered. Hence, security has come to play a vital role in our economic, social and political development in order to enhance national productivity in the various sectors of the economy.

QUALITATIVE SERVICES

In view of the fact that it takes hard work to get to the top and harder to remain there, it is our policy to ensure excellent guards selection, training, kitting, effective management and supervision to provide our numerous clients, loyal, efficient and protective security services.

OBJECTIVES (SECURITY SERVICES)

In arriving at this proposal, our objectives are as follows:

  1. To forestall pilfering, stealing and robbery of any kind.
  2. To monitor all movements in and out of the premises
  3. To discourage as much as possible connivance by staff of the institution to perpetrate any act of pilfering, stealing and robbery of any kind.
  4. To prevent incident of fire either accident or arson
  5. To study from time-to-time security procedures and make recommendations whenever any security loophole is discovered.
  6. To respond swiftly to all security lapses discovered in/on the building e.g. lack of security lights and to report adequately to appropriate quarters.

OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES

In achieving the above objectives of providing efficient and effective security services, we always ensure excellent guards selection, training, kitting, effective management and supervision.

For our security operations, we have Operations Supervisors who are directly responsible to the Operations Managers and are ordinarily responsible forthe discipline, control and co-ordination of the security operatives.
